We made the decision to be regionally focused and work with fewer clients.  If you think about it, it is really the only way to offer a quality experience for a client.  To properly service a home buyer or seller, there is a lot of legwork that needs to be done.  By limiting the number of clients that we represent, we are able to give them the time and energy that they deserve.  We look forward to sitting down with you and learning what your are looking to accomplish with your real estate transaction.  At that time we each can determine if we are a great fit.  If it is not a great fit, we will happily point you to another brokerage that would be that fit.  And yes, we actually do walk away from opportunities if it is not the perfect fit for both parties.
